Best Spanish Restaurants in Monachil

The food, service, ambience, and view were all incredible. The only information people should have before booking at the El Trillo Granada is that the location requires extensive walking on cobblestone and numerous steps. It is impossible to reach the restaurant without climbing or descending multiple areas of steps. Two members of our party had mobility issues and it was exhausting to get them to and from the restaurant. Again, if you are up for a hike and a climb, it is well worth it! The restaurant itself was the best!

Nice restaurant with tasty food and good service. However, there was one big BUT. We're a couple in our early 60s, and although I had said that a high table downstairs was no problem, the staff led us to a table upstairs. We were surrounded by family groups with young children, and it could not be described as either fun or romantic. We had planned to celebrate the new year with a meal and a cocktail or two and the environment we found ourselves in led us to leave as soon as we'd finished our mains. What a pity! There's definitely an opportunity for the staff to focus more on the customer's wishes than their own preconceptions.
