Best Steak Restaurants in Greenvale, New York State

A very nice and upscale tavern experience with exceptional food and service. A great setting in a very nice spot in Roslyn Long Island, we went for dinner with our two daughters two days before the marriage of one of them locally. Their menu was quite varied and extensive with lots of great choices whether you prefer beef, seafood, poultry or lamb. The cocktails were perfect - probably the best Hendricks dirty martini I’ve ever had. Seriously. I had the steak tartare as an appetizer along with a few oysters from their selection and it was all so good. The tartare was excellently prepared, flavorful and served with 4 large toasted bread points, more than enough. Then I enjoyed the crispy Cornish hen - a very large bird served butterflied and again cooked perfectly. A side of creamed spinach completed my meal and was delicious and not overly creamy as sometimes happens. Other meals at the table included the double wedge salads, scallops and octopus. Everyone was pleased with it all. Our waiter was also amazing - attentive, friendly and helpful but not overbearing. I highly recommend Hendrick’s anytime you’re in the area for a wonderful meal.

I would recommend this restaurant. Great for all occasions, business, date night, family events. The staff is excellent. Food delicious!

Here's a version that feels more natural and different from the first review: My parents and I had a great dinner at Louie's Prime Steak & Seafood. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and taken care of. A special thank you to Sheik, Antonio, and General Manager Cesar for their outstanding hospitality. The food was excellent. My parents shared a steak and salad and really enjoyed both, while I ordered the burger, which was flavorful and cooked perfectly. We also shared a bottle of wine that was very enjoyable. One thing I really appreciated was how accommodating the team was. The sun was shining directly on our table, and they were happy to move us to a more comfortable spot without any hesitation. The restaurant has a beautiful atmosphere, delicious food, and a team that truly cares about providing a great dining experience. I highly recommend Louie's and will definitely be back.
