Best Steak Restaurants in University, Las Vegas

Wonderful dinner! We celebrated 2 birthdays! It was a fantastic time! Mushrooms stuffed with artichoke was outstanding! Steaks otherworldly! One of the best meals we ever had!!! Amazing!!!

Primo everything!! The king crab is wonderful! The tomato app was bursting with flavors! And the filet was cooked to perfection!! We have been to this restaurant about ten times and it has yet to disappoint.

We had a fabulous meal at Mon Ami Gabi. The restaurant feels like a charming Parisian bistro, beautifully appointed with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The service was excellent from start to finish, and the wine list is extensive with many wonderful French offerings. We started with the brie, followed by the steak frites with béarnaise sauce, and finished with the pavlova for dessert. Everything was absolutely delicious. We sat on the patio, which is fantastic for people watching and soaking in the lively Vegas energy. That said, because of the sidewalk location, you do get some interesting characters passing by. If you are looking for a quieter or more peaceful dining experience, I would recommend indoor seating or the garden room instead. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and a restaurant I always enjoy visiting.

The food was some of the best We had ever tasted. My filet was medium done to perfection. The drinks were awesome. My wife had the Penne alla Vodka which was superb. The fingerling potatoes are over the top and the Verde salad was different and delicious. LAVO is better than a lot of restaurants that claim to be tops in their class. I would put LAVO in the top 1-2 percent of the best in Vegas. Sorbet was on the house as we were celebrating our 53rd anniversary. Joseph (Joe) was phenomenal. He could be a teacher on what to do and what not do at a classy restaurant. Top notch all the way along with everyone else we came in contact with. They did their homework and nailed it 100%. This restaurant is top notch! The best seats are outside on the patio if it is not too hot otherwise ask for a window seat inside. Food was great! We had lasagna, rigatoni, garlic bread and creamed spinach. All were wonderful Service is exceptional. We had Janet and Cruz taking care of us and there were always attentive. This is our third time at the restaurant and is definitely worth coming back.
