I’m a very demanding foodie with culinary experiences in some of the best South Florida, NYC, and restaurants abroad. My taste buds were dancing when I cut into my New York Strip, what flavor! Perfectly cooked with a pink center and juicy. I’m heading back this weekend because my husband can’t miss out on this wonderful establishment. The customer service was just as pleasant and for the amount of people that were dining on a week day, I’m not sure how they managed, but they did! Kudos to the team for a memorable dinner!More infoThe Hamilton$$$$• American• Downtown•4.7

- RRickyWashington, D.C. Area •1 review5.0Dined on Apr 5, 2026If you’re looking for a hidden gem, Singing Tiger is it. We actually stumbled upon this spot after another nearby restaurant completely dropped the ball and was out of just about everything—and honestly, it turned out to be the best thing that could’ve happened. Tucked away with a speakeasy vibe, Singing Tiger feels like a well-kept secret. It wasn’t overly crowded, which made the experience even more enjoyable and intimate. The service? Top-tier. Our bartender, Christian, was phenomenal—attentive, personable, and clearly knows the menu inside and out. Her recommendations did not miss. Now let’s talk about the food: The salt and pepper shrimp was absolutely to die for—perfectly seasoned and crispy. The pork belly buns were rich, flavorful, and melt-in-your-mouth good. And the Korean fried chicken? Simply sublime—crispy, juicy, and packed with flavor. The drinks were just as impressive—well-crafted, balanced, and the perfect complement to the meal. Overall, this place is a solid 10/10. From the vibe to the service to the food and drinks, everything hit. I will definitely be back. Highly recommend if you’re in the mood for great food and an elevated, low-key experience. 🔥More infoSinging Tiger$$$$• Asian• NoMa•3.4
