Chef Saipin’s distinct cooking has been passed down from generation to generation, from both her grandmothers and her husband’s grandmothers.     We had an incredible experience from beginning to end. The new interior was a delight to behold. The food was absolutely delicious. We shared garlic prawns, crispy rice with sour sausage, khao soi with short ribs, and drunken noodles with crispy duck. Every bite was a culinary delight! A must when visiting Las Vegas!

    Love this place! Took my mother m for Mother’s Day/ Birthday Dinner. She really enjoyed the spinach salad . I love my curry. Can never go wrong.

    We ate at Lotus of Siam at Red Rock Casino Hotel and split the Kao Soi and it was delicious. It was really by far the best Thai Food we’ve ever eaten!!! WOW. EXCELLENT!!! Brian was our waiter and he was outstanding: very personable and helpful in any questions we had. It was a wonderful experience!!
