Giusti sits just off Main in Mount Pleasant’s historic Ashnola Building, where tall windows and old chandeliers throw a candlelit glow across the room. It’s cozy but alive. The menu starts with what’s fresh, folding in Italian cheeses, vinegars, and salumi that let local vegetables shine. Every pasta is hand-rolled, often egg-fortified. We sat at the bar and the place was pretty busy. Great atmosphere and even better cocktails. The staff really made us feel welcome, and the food was the perfect complement to the drinks we had. Thanks for the great experience and will definitely be back!
