OBA BajaMed & Wine Shop is the vision of Chef Miguel Ángel Guerrero, a pioneer of BajaMed cuisine. More than a restaurant, it's a tribute to the best of Baja. A space dedicated to the region's gastronomy, wine, and art. The signature dish, "El Legado," tells the story of the land: premium lamb from Rancho Olivares, white bean puree, roasted kale in plum sauce, and a hint of chistorra sand. Chef Guerrero didn't find it by chance; he created it. He grew up fishing, hunting, and farming in Baja California. He founded BajaMed to merge the coast, the fields, the sea, and the soul of this land. With a view of the city's main golf course, OBA is located in the heart of Tijuana, steps from the Grand Hotel. Here, wine—regional and international—merges with gastronomy, and art from Baja California's most expressive voices which decorate our walls.

    Congratulations to Oswaldo for creating such unique and memorable dishes that showcase creativity, passion, and exceptional attention to detail. Every plate was beautifully presented and full of incredible flavors that made the meal feel like a culinary journey. We would also like to compliment Chef German, whose talent and dedication shine through in every dish. The quality of the ingredients, innovative combinations, and flawless execution were outstanding. We would also like to recognize Fernando, whose service went above and beyond. He was attentive, knowledgeable, friendly, and made us feel genuinely welcomed throughout the entire experience. We highly recommend to anyone who appreciates outstanding food and hospitality.
