The food, service and atmosphere were excellent. The waiters and staff were pleasant and very attentive. Our meals were as expected, perfect. My steak was cooked to perfection and everything that touched our palates was amazing. We truly enjoyed our dining experience and highly recommend to anyone looking for fine dining while in Vegas.

As always, our experience was spectacular! Our decision was a spur of the moment, and we were very happy. We started with a New Fashioned and a Pirates Gold Fashioned, both of which were supremely crafted. Our bone-in ribeye was done to perfection and was so tender! We had to try the new lobster mac & cheese on the menu, which was tasty with tender chunks of lobster throughout. An excellent dinner on the town!

The mushrooms were fantastic!!!! Could not recommend more. The overall meal was great. I just have a husband who fantastically smokes then BBQs a steak so I am spoiled.

Amazing dinner! Ribeye steak was so tender. We add on kings crab with me and so good!! Lobster Mac and cheese delicious. Will be back next time we are in Vegas.

We eat here 1-2 times a year (when we are in Vegas). It is our favorite Steakhouse in Vegas, and even when we try other places, we end up back at Delmonico for special days (because it’s just wonderful).

They need to stick with Steak. This is definitely not a 'bird' house. The Turkey was horribly overcooked and tough and the plating presentation was that of a prison slop plate. Very disappointing. At least the service was on point. However, this was the first time at Delmonico's and we were hoping for something memorable. Regrettably, it will be memorable for all the wrong reasons.

We had the most amazing dinner! Lamont and Miesha (sp?) took care of us and it was perfect! He gave great recommendations. The food was amazing and the service was totally on point. We dine out a lot and this was for sure. Our favorite meal of our 10 day trip in Vegas. I would highly recommend thank you to the staff for our experience awesome! We will for sure be back when we are in town!

This is a good place to go if you are looking for a good steak dinner, but for a special occasion or anything celebratory I would consider somewhere else. Celebrating in Vegas should be memorable. The restaurant was not busy but we had used appetizer plates sitting in the middle of our table the entire service that was not removed, clearing of plates seemed uneven and we all agreed we’ve all had better dining experiences. In hindsight if I was given the chance, I would’ve picked a different place to celebrate.

Food & service normally outstanding. Chateaubriand was slightly overcooked & after being seated with menus, we waited awhile for someone to come back. We still love Delmonico and will go back.

F1 race weekend and the restaurant was pretty full but not all tables were full. 4 of us for dinner and we really enjoyed the food but we all felt that our server had an attitude that we were just not spending enough to pay attention to. Standing to the side of us talking with other staff, we watched him laugh but not serve the table. Even after our meal with bus staff all around our plates sat on the table for 15 minutes. Again, food was really good.

Steak was extremely fatty, booked in advanced however placed in the furthest corner possible. The rest room facility was truly awful for this type of establishment. No real knowledge shared of what recommendations, we all orders sides which in hindsight was way to much however they seemed happy to no offer any advice. Steak was average and certainly not work $75. Not happy and can’t see how I would recommend

Food was really good. Seems silly, but the smashed potato was delicous and enough for two. Steak was very good. Service was outstanding. Everyone there goes out of the way to make you feel comfortable and welcome. Complimentary sorbet for my wife birthday was a nice touch.
