Surprisingly good food for a hotel venue. The calimari appetizer was excellent and the portebello sandwich was great. Our waiter was very nice and provided honest and non overbearing service. More

One-off the best Italian meals we’ve ever had, here in the U.S. or in several trips to Italy. William was fantastic and the entire staff worked well as a team, a flawless team. The Cacio e Pepe pasta was fantastic, the mozzarella tasting unusual and fantastic, the special featured spaghetti a citarra with mushrooms was awesome as well. Incredible value for some of the best food we’ve had in a long time! More

Decent brunch menu - Anna, our server, was excellent. The breakfast burritos were unbelievable big - could probably have split one between the two of us - we definitely didn't leave hungry. Bottomless mimosas were a great value. More

I brought my girlfriend to Ski Tip Lodge to celebrate her birthday. We were immersed with the cozy, quiet and warm log cabin which was perfect after a long ski day. CindyLu greeted us at the door and was our server. She was absolutely amazing with her detailed knowledge of every single ingredient on the 4-course menu. Extremely kind, inviting and really a pleasure to make our night absolutely perfect! We will definitely return after hearing that the menu rotates often. We enjoyed a bacon wrapped elk tenderloin and orange glazed duck breast that were prepared beyond perfect. Thank you again to CindyLu and the entire staff for making our night so special! More

Mexican | Broomfield, Denver Suburbs

Masa is a modern Mexican cocina from Denver’s acclaimed Kevin Taylor Restaurant Group. Executive Chef/Partner Frank Blea and Chef/Partner Ryan Taylor create contemporary Mexican fare rooted in traditional flavors that span the entirety of Mexico, rather than a singular region. Inspired by their travels and love of street food, Masa features light, fresh and playful dishes, such as tacos al pastor; pork shoulder molcajete; Oaxacan chile rellenos; and tilapia Veracruz. The bar program focuses on agave spirits—with more than 30 tequilas and mezcals for sipping, and used to craft margaritas and palomas—as well as Mexican beer and wine. The 3,200-sq. ft. restaurant offers a youthful atmosphere and bright, bold décor, including one-of-a-kind artwork and handcrafted lanterns hand-picked in Oaxaca by the Taylors; bamboo tables; red polished concrete floors; and Mexican-inspired tiles – with a vibe further accentuated by a vibrant playlist. Discover Denver

Located just an hour’s drive from the trifecta of ski resorts—Aspen, Vail and Breckenridge—and nestled in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains; Denver is scaling the ranks of the country’s most desirable places to live. And while Colorado’s capital city is a world class hub of winter recreations, a booming restaurant scene is on the rise, too. Brunch waits now rival those of its coastal counterparts. Sounds a little weird given Denver’s land-locked nature, but sushi is also popular here. Downtown, you’ll find Italian Trattorias, sprawling beer gardens, and a slew of coffee shops that range from pour over bars to laid-back, locals-only spots. Larimer Square forms the heart of downtown’s historic district and houses upscale restaurants fit for special occasions. On the outskirts of town, Red Rocks Amphitheater draws festival crowds for its outdoor acoustics and epic views.
