Without a doubt Bas Rouge is exquisite. All aspects of the experience are first rate from the “Welcome” to the finale Service like you don’t find anywhere else within a 100 miles. The food…creative, stunning and delicious. There are no flaws at Bas Rouge Worth a trip from anywhere. Bravo

The Stewart is an intimate bar-and-lounge in the heart of Easton, MD, with an unparalleled focus on the very finest of single malt Scotch whiskeys and vintage Champagnes. Upon entrance, guests are transported to a sphere of sheer refinement and spirit sophistication where one of the most impressive assemblages of Scotch in America is gloriously ensconced in the eloquent Federal Street enclave. An elegant evening progresses in an atmosphere of updated and distinguished Highland splendor: gleaming dark woods, handsomely refurbished period seating, gilt-framed oil paintings of Highland scenes, an intricately pargeted plaster ceiling, and, naturally, tartans galore. A crackling fire in the cooler months provides cozy ambient undertones within an 18th century walnut and brass trumeau chimney.

Due to the adult nature of this lounge, no children under the age of 16 will be permitted. We appreciate your understanding.

We love this cozy little cocktail lounge, their champagne selection is off the charts amazing, we had a couple choices in mind, but our som knew just the right direction to steer us...what a great date nite place when you are in Easton!

Caroline's Table is a unique farm to table restaurant in the heart of the Eastern Shore. Chef Ken Zellers sources locally grown and harvested seafood, proteins and vegetables and works magic to elevate them into a memorable dining experience. The restaurant is housed in a historic building that has been lovingly restored. It was formally the town doctors house with his office in a small adjacent building. In addition to the main restaurant, THE SIDEBAR is located in the small building and serves up more casual fare including house made sourdough pizzas, fresh soups, salads and unique charcuterie boards. Reservations are encouraged for Caroline's Table and can be made by calling/texting the restaurant directly at 410-490-4495. Please note that The Sidebar is open only seasonally and closed in the Fall/Winter months.

Caroline’s never disappoints….lots of daily specials and the traditional menu offers so many choices. Our waiter was new and had some difficulty answering peroration questions. Nevertheless he was attentive and accurate with our orders. Food is delicious and serving size are certainly ample. Looking forward to returning.
