Hidden gem experience with ridiculously good food. Pre fixe menu as the owner, chef, waiter, sommelier are all one and the same but that doesn’t impact the experience and quality.

Dinner at Black Cat Farmstead is a unique dining experience. Enjoy private garden cabanas with wood stoves, gorgeous views and a 4-Course chef tasting menu (dietary restrictions accommodated) created by James Beard nominated chef Eric Skokan at our historic farmstead. Our 500-acre full-scale diversified organic farm supplies the majority of ingredients for your meal; from vegetables & herbs to the pork & lamb to the grains. We offer 7 intimate private tables per evening. Reservations are required & limited. $145/per person++

Reservations are released weekly on Mondays for the following 3 weeks. We are generally open Wednesdays - Sundays. We do allow pre-booking for parties of 6+. A wonderfully unique experience! Eric and his staff go over and above to make the evening special as you sit in your glass enclosed little cabana being served each course, all bringing a different delicious flavor to your palette. Truly a magical night under the stars on the farm!

One of the best dining experiences I have had in Denver. Not only was the service top-notch, our server Bre was incredibly knowledgeable and sweet and guided us through the menu like a total pro – but every single dish we had continued to get better and better. The highlights were the mole short rib and the tuna crudo. The tres leches desert also note worthy of you like something sweet. I had a carajillo to end the night which was perfect. blown away from all angles — perfect birthday dinner out! Thank you Alma team!

We have been to Vin Rouge many times. Jen has introduced us to new varietals and always has great recommendations. The charcuterie board is delicious and support local businesses, including some that are women-owned. This is a wonderful space. Highly recommend!

I love satchels. It’s really close to my house and relatively easy to get a reservation, which is surprising given the small size of the restaurant. The vibe inside is elegant, but laid-back. The management, servers, and bartenders are all super nice and the service is excellent. An extra park is the turntable music system to which all of the clients have access. Should they wish to change the record. I will continue to keep going back regularly.
