More than just traditional Irish pub fare, the Celtic Fringe brings you 100% Certified Angus Beef steaks, burgers and sandwiches, along with a variety of poultry, seafood, traditional Celtic cuisine, and local southern favorites; all paired with a variety of Irish / Scottish / English and American Craft beers on tap and in bottle, and a Wine Spectator award winning selection of world-class wines in a comfortable, casual bistro environment.

Dine at our friendly bar, in a cozy booth in our dining room, or al fresco on our enchanted alleyway patio. Please note that our patio is outdoors and subject to Mother Nature and her elements. This is a tavern, so it’s a bit noisy and most seating are booths. That said, the menu is outstanding. Pub favorites, like shepherd’s pie are presented well and savory. Chicken breast is garnished with a delightful candied red cabbage. It’s like being whisked back or Ireland for a while. Magical.

Consistently one of the top dining experiences in Greensboro. Their fish of the day (Carolina redfish) was perfectly cooked, with a well seasoned crispy skin, and the smoke in the tomato/olive tipping a nice compliment. The white wine ragu added a little lightness to the braised lamb. The thick cut on the calamari reminded us of Seville.

As you settle in for dinner here at B. Christopher’s, we want you to know that everything on this menu is fresh, hand-selected, and all-natural. This is “real food,” with no chemicals, trans fats, hormones, or pesticides. Just locally-raised, all-natural goodness. Our fish is line-caught in deep water, served only hours after the take. Had dinner at Gia last night and it was outstanding, as always. We enjoyed the filet with the potato cake and asparagus, as well as the pork chop, and both dishes were cooked perfectly and full of flavor. The cocktails were equally delicious and complemented the meal wonderfully. What keeps us coming back is not only the excellent food and drinks, but also the consistently welcoming atmosphere and great service. Every visit feels special, and last night was no exception. Gia continues to be one of our favorite restaurants, and we always have a wonderful time whenever we dine there. Highly recommend!

We had reservations on a Wednesday for our anniversary. We were warmly greeted and escorted to a special preset table. Before we could look at the menu, the manager introduced herself and offered us two glasses of prosecco. The staff were very attentive and discussed with the chef regarding a food allergy. The crab cake appetizer was fantastic. The grilled salmon with artisanal vegetables beautifully plated on a phenomenal Romesco sauce. The Gnocchi Bolognese was classically delicious, made the best we ever tasted.
