Went for our anniversary. We sat out on the patio on a perfect evening and the atmosphere was beautiful. The hostess, service back, waiter and manager were very attentive but not too much. The food was cooked perfectly and the sides were delicious, especially the twice baked potatoe. Afterward they sent out a chocolate pudding with whipped cream and a candle. Was a nice touch. We will definitely go there again.

Perhaps my best meal ever in LV. Ambience, staff, owner, food, drinks…all the things were spot on! The steak was perfectly cooked and delicious, au gratin potatoes delicious, bacon flight appetizer was amazing…and the list goes on and on. Loved this experience off the strip. Will be back no doubt!!!

Bramàre Inspired Italian merges the innovative cuisine of Chef Joe Valdez III along with the whimsical beverage program stylings of Constantin Alexander. With a first class and vibey environment, Bramàre will transport you to another unique world of culinary delight. Try the Iberico Pork Secreto, or the Funghi Fritti which is also gluten free. If you are in the mood for something fabulous, the Porchetta is a massively delicious plate for 4-5 people to share.

The cocktails are best in class. We can do all of the classics, or anything off the cuff. We have all the bells and whistles.

The environment is dark and loungey with present but not overbearing music specially curated to the vibe. Always the right level, the music will not get in the way of your conversations.

Open 5pm to 3am, Tuesday through Saturday. Full menu until 12am, then an ample late night menu focused on pastas and pizzas from 12am-2:15am. Bar open till 3am or sometime

The atmosphere is so fun and immersive, the staff is all helpful and nice, the belly dancer was very talented, the food was delicious! Loved the music and the presentation of the food! We had a great time and will definitely be back!

Absolutely superb. Every course was mindfully and beautifully prepared and the wine pairings were delicious. From the moment we walked through the doors we knew we were in for something special. Each staff member was attentive and gracious and created a lovely dinner experience. Can’t wait to come back!

We love the Rouge Room. As locals it’s a great spot to lounge on a Saturday night and listen to really good live music. This evening I reserved a table expressly to listen to music and also indicated it was my boyfriend’s birthday. I was really excited to have the band give him a shout out or have the staff sing. I’ve seen this done a few times. Unfortunately the hostess seated us facing AWAY from the band. And when prompted about his birthday told me she would check and came back to say that the kitchen was closed. There was no shout out to him by the band or by the servers. As an aside, we also had to send our drinks back twice to be remade. The band AND the people watching are redeeming positives but the next time we want to see live music OR celebrate a birthday we will look elsewhere.
