A great experience the food was awesome my steak was cooked to my liking and was extremely tender and melted in my mouth. My wife had the lobster thermidor and it was delicious. Yes we will definitely go back the next time we are in Vegas.

My first choice in dining out…ever meal is consistently delicious and I think this is truly the sign of an experienced chef…I can always count on my favorites being the same flavorful offerings that I had the time before. There is no substitution for the quality at Azzurra! It’s simply superb!

Chef AZEUCHI trained in the art of Kaiseki Course cuisine in Japan for 16 years. Upon graduating
culinary school, he began studying Kaiseki Course at a hotel. When he turned 27, he became sous-
chef at Hotel Nogamiya.
While there, he participated in a Tokushima Culinary Contest, where he won first prize. When he
was 35 years old, he joined Tofu Kaiseki Restaurant as their head chef.
During this time, he also studied French cuisine for 3 years, training under a Head Chef who had on-
the-job experience working in a prestigious French fine dining restaurant.
Chef Azeuchi quickly became the sous chef in the restaurant. When Japanese Crown Prince
Naruhito - now known as
"His Imperial Majesty the Emperor"- made a royal visit to Kagawa Prefecture, Chef Azeuchi
entertained him with his beautiful dishes.

Fantastic September lobster special menu! Enjoyed being seated in the small private room for our party of 5 - service was no less perfect than in previous visits, unlike other restaurants where they put you in a separate room then forget about you! Chef even came in and flamed the wagyu while he chatted with us, so we still got the full kaiseki experience.

The staff was extremely knowledgeable, attentive and friendly. Their teamwork was outstanding which provided one of the best dining experiences for my husband and I. We highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely make a reservation the next time we visit Las Vegas.

There are expensive restaurants that are good but not with the money. This is not one of those restaurants! Michael’s food and service are worth every penny. This trip was to celebrate my husband’s birthday. Everything was perfect from the ambiance to the food. We can’t wait to come back to enjoy again!

Since 2002, Gaetanos' Ristorante has brought our passion for real Italian food to Henderson. Family-owned and operated, we feature gourmet Italian cuisine in a fine-dining atmosphere.

Our pasta is made in-house and all of our sauces are made from scratch. Everything is cooked to-order. We pride ourselves on using the best, freshest ingredients and using products sourced from the finest in Italy. Our Osso Buco is our signature dish and house specialty.

Our curated wine list is notable and among the most thoughtful in the valley. We also have a full bar featuring specialty cocktails.

The dress code for our restaurant is Elegant Casual. In general, this means comfortable, yet polished. Jeans, blouses, tailored shorts, skirts, dresses, collared shirts, sport coats are all welcome. Workout clothes, tank tops, and t-shirts or sweatshirts with large logos are not recommended.

We also offer complimentary valet parking Tuesday through Saturday, as our parking lot tends to fill up quickly.
