The service was extraordinary and the tapas were incredible! We did the tasting menu along with a few additional tapas from the cart. The food was vibrant, fresh, delicious & beautiful.

Chef AZEUCHI trained in the art of Kaiseki Course cuisine in Japan for 16 years. Upon graduating
culinary school, he began studying Kaiseki Course at a hotel. When he turned 27, he became sous-
chef at Hotel Nogamiya.
While there, he participated in a Tokushima Culinary Contest, where he won first prize. When he
was 35 years old, he joined Tofu Kaiseki Restaurant as their head chef.
During this time, he also studied French cuisine for 3 years, training under a Head Chef who had on-
the-job experience working in a prestigious French fine dining restaurant.
Chef Azeuchi quickly became the sous chef in the restaurant. When Japanese Crown Prince
Naruhito - now known as
"His Imperial Majesty the Emperor"- made a royal visit to Kagawa Prefecture, Chef Azeuchi
entertained him with his beautiful dishes.

Ordered the DW salmon bowl and never looked back. Pro tip: it doesn’t actually come in a bowl but was fantastic. Salmon had a crisp coating and was moist inside - ordered it medium. It comes with a healthy amount of veggies and rice. Recommend! Dinner mate ordered the New Mexican red chile pork which he loved - has a bite, as expected- and took some home. Next time will have to sample the pesto torte starter- it sounds delish!

Wonderful old school atmosphere with traditional Italian fare, live entertainment nightly and friendly, knowledgeable service. Menu selections include Osso Bucco, Cioppino, Steak Sinatra, and Pork Chops with Vinegar and Peppers. Everything is house made with attention to quality and taste. Great wine selection and full bar, plus a hip, yet old school comfy lounge.

A quiet little gem. All dishes are prepared by the chef, Todd, and the food is outstanding. Limited menu which means what is on the menu is indeed fresh. Excellent choice of wine and spirits.

Since 2002, Gaetanos' Ristorante has brought our passion for real Italian food to Henderson. Family-owned and operated, we feature gourmet Italian cuisine in a fine-dining atmosphere.

Our pasta is made in-house and all of our sauces are made from scratch. Everything is cooked to-order. We pride ourselves on using the best, freshest ingredients and using products sourced from the finest in Italy. Our Osso Buco is our signature dish and house specialty.

Our curated wine list is notable and among the most thoughtful in the valley. We also have a full bar featuring specialty cocktails.

The dress code for our restaurant is Elegant Casual. In general, this means comfortable, yet polished. Jeans, blouses, tailored shorts, skirts, dresses, collared shirts, sport coats are all welcome. Workout clothes, tank tops, and t-shirts or sweatshirts with large logos are not recommended.

We also offer complimentary valet parking Tuesday through Saturday, as our parking lot tends to fill up quickly.

As always, absolutely fabulous service and meals. We were a party of eight and the seating was arranged so everyone at the table could enjoy a group conversation. Service is always excellent and we love all of the homemade pastas. Highly recommend Gaetano’s.
