Bramàre Inspired Italian merges the innovative cuisine of Chef Joe Valdez III along with the whimsical beverage program stylings of Constantin Alexander. With a first class and vibey environment, Bramàre will transport you to another unique world of culinary delight. Try the Iberico Pork Secreto, or the Funghi Fritti which is also gluten free. If you are in the mood for something fabulous, the Porchetta is a massively delicious plate for 4-5 people to share.

The cocktails are best in class. We can do all of the classics, or anything off the cuff. We have all the bells and whistles.

The environment is dark and loungey with present but not overbearing music specially curated to the vibe. Always the right level, the music will not get in the way of your conversations.

Open 5pm to 3am, Tuesday through Saturday. Full menu until 12am, then an ample late night menu focused on pastas and pizzas from 12am-2:15am. Bar open till 3am or sometime

Late night post-movie noshing, being just a 10 minute drive from Downtown's The Beverly Theater, and open late. Took up my usual post at the swanky bar. Tried - The Pollinator ($15) and liked the hard-hitting spiced citrus liquid so much had a second. Funghi Fritti ($14): Five exotic florets wrapped in thin crispy batter; a marriage of elevated and rustic from the generous chili dressing drizzling the dish to the copious salty cheese gratings to the natural uneven size of the pieces. Scooped up every morsel. Spaghetti alla Chitarra ($30): Perfect al dente noodles swimming in a bright spicy sauce and topped by four large firm tail-on shrimp. Fresh and fantastic, mopped up the plate, and was very tempted to order another it was so good. Also sampled a few pieces of the Blueberry Focaccia Bites. All components -crispy outside, tender inside French toast style cubes, silky gelato, blueberry compote- just sweet enough without being cloying. Great dessert for sharing. Value: Excellent in my opinion for the twists added to the very satisfying and delicious food and drink. Atmosphere: Still elegantly cool. Service: Spendid from Bryan and Stevan.

Nukha has a nice ambiance but the food needs more real Mediterranean flavor The cocktails and tea are very good however the service was a little slow I will recommend this place for drinks but not for dinner
