An "adult" meal. Wonderfully prepared, well presented and it was overall, a great time. I can't recommend it enough.

Don’s Favorite Foods is a prix-fixe restaurant created by husband and wife team Chef Don Salamone and Kate Laurents in partnership with Sommelier Adam Galbraith.
We also offer cocktails courtesy of Jeffrey Morgenthaler and Benjamin "Banjo" Amberg.

Our Italian and French-influenced menu changes monthly and highlights dishes Don grew up with as well as those he mastered though his experiences working at Michelin-starred restaurants all over the country.

From Don: At Don’s, you may find gnocchi like my Ma used to make or Italian sausage modeled after my Godfather’s, Oreste “Ernie” Capone. You might also find scallops still in their shells, Oregon pork in the style of Braciole, and popovers I learned to make from my mother-in-law, Terry, because the Laurents family makes those every Christmas morning... beef tartare, sea urchin, caviar, etc too. These things are all my favorites.

Don’s is a gem. I took my dad for the first time and he said “that was the smallest but best restaurant I’ve ever been to.” The food is truly outstanding, ambience is fun and intimate and experience is not to be beat. This is my new go to place for a great evening of food with family or dear friends.

Korean cuisine was new to us; the staff was extremely helpful and accommodating to our allergies and tastes. It was a delightful experience with many new flavors. We will go back the next time we’re in town.

We exclusively offer a prix fixe tasting menu experience, with 7-Course and a 10-Course options. Both experiences are meant to honor the complex history that created each dish, as well as leave a lasting impact on all those who taste this beautiful food and listen to our stories.

República is a tasting menu-only restaurant.
We offer a 7-course menu at $128 or a 10-course menu at $150 per person.

We kindly require all guests to disclose all dietary restrictions and allergies prior to their reservation. We are unable to accommodate allergies to nightshades, chile, allium, rice . Additionally we are not a gluten free kitchen and are unable to provide nut and seed free diners.

Best restaurant ever. Republica is my absolute favorite restaurant, so I decided to have a memorable dinner here for my son's 20th birthday. I can't put into words how perfect everything was - the plates, drinks, atmosphere, presentation - everything was flawless. I was also impressed that they have evolved even further since we last visited 6months ago. Tonight was an unforgettable night for us and we truly would appreciate it.

We always have such a great time dining at Rosmarino Osteria. The food is handmade and is always consistently delicious, and the service is exceptional. They also have an extensive wine and cocktail list. Additionally, the ambiance makes you feel like you are dining in Italy. We highly recommend dining here.

Del Alma is an amazing dining experience! No matter what I have eaten there, it's unique and delicious. I grew up in a family that cooked, and my family eats home cooked meals over 90% of the time. When we go out to eat, I don't want to eat something I could make myself. That's what is spectacular about del Alma. I have also branched out by trying things there that I wouldn't normally eat, and to my surprise they have been wonderful. The desserts are also delicious, just order one and bring it home if you don't have room. Really, the food itself is what matters to me most, but I will also say that the waiters are amazing. They are attentive, calm, cool (I mean it, they are cool), and they have knowledge of the food they are serving. The ambiance is of course beautiful. The Bartenders know how to make a martini, and they don't skimp on drinks. When you order a glass of wine, it's on the generous side. My only criticism is that it is a little loud (energized), but not so much that you have to strain to hear your dinner companions.
