- DDonnaGoldOrange County •55 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoExcellent service! Our needs were anticipated by wait staff and we never requested anything! Every employee we came in contact with was friendly and helpful. Cocktails were outstanding and delicious! Highly recommend the stuffed mushroom and short rib sandwich. Both prepared with utmost effort and panache! Thank you for a lovely lunch! Looking forward to returning soon!More infoCedar Creek Inn - Brea$$$$• American• Brea / La Habra•4.6
- SStephenLos Angeles •7 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoHow many times we have driven by without noticing this gem! The "Magnolia Experience" started as we walked up with a clear sign telling us we were in the right place and someone would soon seat us. That someone appeared seconds later, gave us options (it was Sat, July 4th, we were grateful to find places open, much less with options), and had us seated within a minute or two of arriving. Trinity, our server, was at our side within another minute or two, consulting with us on the house cocktail menu. Drinks chosen, we surveyed the decor, then the menu, making a few choices for a light meal. The tuna crudo and the zucchini and feta fritters were an outstanding start to the meal. We then shared a bowl of the bucatini pomodoro with its remarkable fresh tomato sauce, very unique and delicious. The meal was capped off with the hibiscus pavlova. Incredible! Such simple ingredients, such perfectly matched flavors – a perfect end to a memorable meal. Out thanks to Trinity and the kitchen staff for all that we experienced. We have already recommended it to friends and will be back!More infoMagnolia House$$$$• Contemporary American• Pasadena•4.7
- TTimothyLos Angeles •19 reviews5.0Dined 7 days agoJennifer, our hostess, was exceptional. She accommodated all our needs perfectly. Food was delicious and prepared deliciously. We started with bread and butter and the Casa Cordoba Albondigas. Small fresh, lightly toasted loaf of bread with two types of butter spreads.3 delicious meatballs in a delicious sauce that worked great for dipping our bread! Our main course was identical, Mediterranean Branzino (Sea Bass) over turnip puree with roasted cherry tomatoes. The Branzino was pan seared to perfection. Drinks were also magnificent. Thank you, Jennifer, and staff for a wonderful experience! Valet $8 was also friendly and accommodating. I didn't catch his name but also contributed to a memorable evening.More infoThe Raymond 1886$$$$• Contemporary American• Pasadena•4.5
- JJoelGoldLos Angeles •72 reviews5.0Dined on Jun 30, 2026Excellent, traditional and non-trendy Pasadena BBQ joint that’s seemingly been there forever. Generous portions, tasty high-quality meat, nice choice of sides (jalapeño grits highly recommended), and fresh comfort-food desserts like blueberry crumble and ice cream sundaes round out the meal. You can’t do this everyday, but sometimes there’s nothing better.More infoGus's BBQ - South Pasadena$$$$• Barbecue• South Pasadena•4.7
- AAbbyOrange County •8 reviews5.0Dined on Jun 20, 2026Great service and good food. Our server was friendly and attentive. The world cup was on during brunch and they had the game on. Everyone was watching and having fun. The manager stopped by to make sure everything was ok, and it was. Great attention to service all around.More infoEl Torito Grill - Brea$$$$• Mexican• Brea / La Habra•4
