Best Brunch Restaurants in Hobart

The food at Salish Lodge is amazing. This is an upscale restaurant, you can dress up or dress causal (no shorts or ripped jeans). The food was vey well cooked, and tasted delicious. Our Server, Piper, was very sweet and attentive. We were celebrating our anniversary, so the restaurant decorated our table with rose petals. They cared about our dietary needs and it was clear it was communicated throughout the house. This is a spendy restaurant, so not an every day experience. My wife and I recommend this restaurant for any special occasion or if you would like to treat yourself to something special.

5/5 dinner! Went here for my birthday dinner and everything was amazing: food, ambiance, service. We had a team of servers, which was great! Never had to think of anything- someone was always checking on us, refilling drinks, offering recommendations. Evan, Justin and the rest of the team were awesome! They even had a birthday card for me (marked it was my birthday occasion on open table reservation), which was unexpected, but really thoughtful. We started with the focaccia starter- so yummy. I had the vegetarian pasta, which blew my mind- so many interesting veggies not usually served at restaurants- fiddlehead ferns- which I love- and fresh pea pods, asparagus and more! Highly recommend: 10/10. My daughter had the braised beef pasta and it was fork tender and her favorite meal here so far. Huge portions justify the cost- plus, quality ingredients make amazing food. You can tell they care about your food and your experience at Ben Paris. There aren’t many dinner reviews, but I can attest to an amazing meal and great service. 10/10 ⭐️

Everything was exceptional. Pomegranate Bistro is definitely a worthwhile dining experience!
