- BBillGoldCalifornia Central Coast •40 reviews5.0Dined on May 3, 2026Wow! Stock & Supply at the Delta Hotel in Vancouver, BC is marvelous. The cuisine is Korean fusion but don’t let that scare you away. They have a fairly large selection of dishes and some pretty good Okanagen wines. The service is fantastic from all of the staff. They are friendly and knowledgeable about the food and wine. We had a board which consists of 4 dishes and served with bread, olives, pickled veg, and beet root humus, plus a dessert. We had the Brussels sprouts (coated and deep fried - great), the miso tuna bruschetta (also wow), the crab scotch eggs (a crab lovers delight), and the corn fritter balls (yes, another wow). The sauces matched to each dish were perfect. We then had a vanilla gelato with maple pearls and some chocolate sauce drizzled over it. I think the gelato is probably the best we’ve had outside Italy. This is designed to be shared by 2 and is more that 2 can eat easily. You have to really try to eat it all. We accompanied all this with wines, a Pinot Grigio for my wife and a Raven red blend and a Cabernet Sauvignon for me (we got glasses, not bottles). Since we don’t know much about Canadian wines our server (Dale) offered us a taste of several wines so we could choose. Two five ounce glasses come with the board but we opted to pay extra for 8 ounce glasses (we don’t just taste wine we drink it). They do offer bottles but my wife and I don’t agree on wines so we usually just get glasses.More infoStock & Supply$$$$• Canadian• Gastown•4.5
