Best Casual Restaurants in East Islip

Excellent service, paired with delicious food and cocktails, made for a wonderful experience. For appetizers we shared a nosh board (assorted cheeses, meats, nuts and olives) and newly added to the menu, spicy baked clams…super fresh and yummy! For dinner we had orecchiette with crumbled sausage, broccoli rabe and cherry peppers, blended burger with fries and parmesan encrusted chicken. For dessert we shared gelato. Everything was fabulous. A local gem that we will continue to visit.

Always a great time here. Their happy hour is insane. The food is amazing and the service is excellent. Definitely a must. Clean and comfortable.

Karvers makes the best burgers I have ever had. And their chicken wings are absolutely delicious. This place is always so much fun.

Had a wonderful dining experience! The service was warm, attentive, and made us feel very welcome from start to finish. The owner was especially attentive, checking in on guests and making sure everyone was enjoying their meals, which added such a personal touch to the day. The lake view created such a relaxing atmosphere and made lunch even more enjoyable. Food was excellent as always. The flounder oreganato was fresh and perfectly seasoned, and the eggplant parmigiana was delicious, with bold flavor and cooked just right. Looking forward to coming back again soon!
