The Story of Josephine’sThe story of Josephine’s begins during our executive chef Daniel LeBoon’s childhood. At eight years old, working for his father’s catering company, Daniel discovered a passion for food. This love — and undeniable talent — saw him intern at Philadelphia’s prestigious Le Bec-Fin. He went on to work in Paris at the venerable Hotel Vernet working under the renowned chef’s Alain Solvere and Alain Ducasse. In 2004, Daniel purchased Josephine’s in Marietta and developed an extremely loyal following based on the combination of great food, great atmosphere and great hospitality. Although Josephine’s closed in 2011, the name and the experiences are fondly remembered by countless people.

    Everything was wonderful, however our server, Doni, made the night so much more special. Her attention to us and to detail was phenomenal , she was attentive without being overbearing . She knew when to come to the table and ask. She is by far the best server I have experienced in years. Cap and Cork you have a treasure, I hope you appreciate her. ❤️❤️

    We loved the pianist in the lobby while we waited for our table to be made ready since we did arrive early. We were served by Christine and she was lovely and friendly and eager to answer all of our questions. You could tell she loved the menu and offered great advice on what to order. Next time we go we will definitely be asking for her! The atmosphere was wonderful, and the food was beautiful plated and delicious. Looking forward to spending our next special occasion with The Log Cabin.
