Completely blown away by our experience. What the owners have done with the previous burger bar spot is nothing short of magical. The lounge/bar area, is intimate & inviting. The stunning open kitchen & dining room make you feel like you’re in the chefs home. The patio makes you forget you’re right off of Clyborn & the private library dining room off the kitchen will make for an incredible special dining experience. Our waitress Sarah was knowledgeable, friendly & attentive. The beverage program was impressive, we tried 4 different well balanced cocktails. The merguez sausage, pierogi’s & cavatelli pasta were all incredible, well seasoned, perfectly executed gorgeous dishes. Steak tartare was the only miss. Lacked a fat, a traditional aioli or egg yolk would’ve helped. It was the only dish that could’ve benefited from some flake salt. To our shock they asked for feedback on the dish & it was well received. Not many chefs are open to critique, so bravo! Owner Allen was attentive without being overbearing. His passion & excitement for getting things right is evident. We watched as he “touched” every table. As prices skyrocket, service is dying in our industry. People want an escape, a place they feel special and wanted. Customers don’t want to feel rushed & want an “experience” as well as incredible food. This is FINALLY that spot! A step back to what dining was & should be. It might be a small thing, but BRAVO for having the courage to have no extra BS fees on your menu. Extra fees feel punitive, we all know food & labor costs are through the roof, it’s okay to increase your menu prices based on this, but don’t insult us all with extra fees, work it into your menu price’s. We can’t wait to come back to taste additional dishes. One thing is for certain, Allen & his team have put hospitality & the customer first while also providing exceptional food in a gorgeous welcoming space.

We absolutely love this place! Every single visit has been an amazing experience. The entire team, from the bussers to the wait staff, management, and even the owners, goes above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome. You can truly tell how much they care about their customers and the overall experience. The atmosphere, service, and attention to detail are always top notch. One of our favorite restaurants, hands down, and we’re always excited to come back!
