- PPhilNew York City •6 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoIt is very rare to find a truly keto friendly restaurant. There are many that have keto-ish options, or using a variation of a dish to have a meal, but Ruggles Black has found the way to make a cohesive and excellent soup-to-nuts, appetizer to dessert experience that falls firmly and properly within a ketogenic diet. From the sublime keto crust tandoori chicken pizza, to the excellent brussel sprouts appetizer, finishing with a simple perfect keto Nutella cake and keto lemon cheesecake, there was not a single forkful of anything less than delight. Not a single mouthful went to waste. We will be returning.More infoRuggles Black -West AlabamaPrice: Expensive• American• Upper Kirby / Shepherd Corridor•4.8
- OTOpenTable DinerHouston •1 review5.0Dined 7 days agoWe are three friends who went to March to celebrate the birthdays of two of us. The evening was a unique and holistic experience, from the valet to the entrance to the building to the pre-sitting dinner to dinner. The food was exquisite, and the servers were very knowledgeable and told the story behind each course, making us feel truly special. The birthday celebration was a truly delicious experience from North Italy to March in Houston. Thank you!More infoMarchPrice: Very Expensive• Mediterranean• Montrose•4.9
- JJonathanHouston •1 review5.0Dined 7 days agoMaine and Canadian oysters were exceptional, good value for caviar dollops to decorate your oysters at $6 each, but ultimately not for me (you’re welcome, wallet). The chowder was delicate and subtle, which are not words I often use to describe chowder, texture of the lardons was too tough for me but i adored the pickled celery and other vegetal bits that really brightened up and balanced out the dish. The main courses were what really shined- the delectable sea bass in a curry sauce was so deftly constructed- genuinely a combination of flavors I’ve never experienced before and can’t wait to get again. The gnudi was also excellent- delicate aerated pillowy ricotta dumplings in a savory marinara sauce, satisfying without being too heavy. Dessert was lovely with the bergamot trifle - though some of the layers felt underrepresented in the overall dish construction. Cocktails and wine were excellent, service impeccable. A genuinely special meal. Thanks, Marigold Club for making our anniversary so wonderful!More infoThe Marigold ClubPrice: Very Expensive• French• Montrose•4.6
