    The scallop nigiri, and classic roll, were absolutely insane. I couldn’t believe the texture and freshness. For reference, I use a scallop as a way to see how fresh the fish is, as it’s easy to get fishy if not fresh. My wife got the veggie miso ramen and raved about it. I also asked the bartender to surprise me with different Sake; they were outstanding!
