    A couple of us had 2 starters as main courses which were delightful especially the fish gougons. My nephew had the chicken burger - it was huge and he said was so tasty. Others had pizza - huge and so fresh. Staff were fabulous and so attentive. Highly recommend.

    We had a superb evening meal at the Cavendish Arms on Bank Holiday Monday. Despite being extremely busy, the staff were incredibly efficient, attentive and polite throughout. The food was absolutely top notch, with a varied menu and wine list that offered much more than your typical pub grub. Everything was also very reasonably priced. A fantastic dining experience — highly recommended!

    The food was excellent and I can definitely recommend the lamb dish. Service was also excellent with our orders arriving quickly and served by very cheerful , efficient and friendly waitresses. It’s difficult to find any faults but if I was to be picky it would have been helpful to have some lighting from the overflow car park to the reception. We managed with the torches on our phones but it was very dark. Overall a great dining experience
