Taiga is Hudson’s most incredible hidden gem! Chef Vlad has created something truly magical here, where artistry meets exceptional food. Both the space and the dishes are absolutely gorgeous, and each plate is a visual masterpiece that tastes even better than it looks. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a unique and unforgettable experience!

We had a great experience overall with excellent food, a strong menu selection, and an impressive variety of drinks and cocktails to choose from. Everything we ordered was well prepared and flavorful, and the drink menu offered plenty of options for different tastes. One thing to note is the noise level depending on where you sit. We were seated closer to the bar area, and it was definitely louder due to the crowd at the bar. It looked like the seating farther toward the back of the restaurant offered a much quieter and more relaxed atmosphere. If you prefer a calmer dining experience, I’d recommend requesting a table away from the bar. Despite the noise near the front, the quality of the food and drinks made for a very enjoyable visit, and we would absolutely return.

The Scarlet Knife's ambiance is elegant for a special occasion dinner. My family and I were celebrating our son's graduation from RPI, which I had indicated on our reservation, and the hostess immediately congratulated him upon our arrival. The staff was attentive and our food was beautifully plated as well as delicious.Our food was delicious, although very pricey, however I knew this prior to my reservation based on their online menu. Overall, it was a great restaurant for celebrating our son's graduation.
