Stella, the restaurant at the Ghost Light Inn, is inspired by seasonal, locally sourced ingredients from the region’s best farmers and artisans. The restaurant offers over 100 seats for indoor and outdoor dining, plus separate private spaces for events and gatherings. Inside, the main dining room showcases river views, a welcoming bar, freestanding tables, and cozy booths centered around a glowing gas fireplace. Outside, the deck features freestanding tables, counter seating, a wood-burning fireplace, overhead heaters, and screens that can be raised or lowered to enclose the space when needed. During the summer months, the ground-floor waterfront areas open for additional dining. Guests can enjoy the outdoor bar with high-top and regular seating under a covered patio, or settle at one of the umbrella-shaded tables along the promenade. Red Adirondack chairs on the promenade and the nearby grassy knoll invite guests to relax with a beverage and soak in the sweeping river views.

Zoubi is New Hope's hidden gem, tucked away on Mechanic Street. Serving American Cuisine with a European touch prepared by Chef Francisco Barrios. Reservations are not required but strongly suggested. Fresh innovative cocktails and dinner service is also available at our bar which is first come, first serve. Parties of 4 or more must be booked via email at Zoubinewhope@gmail.com, deposit required. Indoor seating is available in lieu of inclement weather or personal preference. Please note we do not have parking available and street parking is required.     We had an exceptional dining experience at Zoubi!!! The secret garden provided a truly enchanting atmosphere. Our server, Amir, delivered outstanding service, and the host made us feel particularly valued. The entire staff was incredibly welcoming, and the cuisine was exceptional, we ordered the tuna poke with avocado & creamy togarashi in a spicy vinaigrette, prime NY strip steak entree with housecut fries, the grilled octopus appetizer which was plated beautifully and was cooked to perfection with a nice char and tender center. The surf & turf was a very generous portion of short ribs and sea scallops noodles with wild mushrooms in a truffle cream sauce. We also had the sesame and panko crusted tuna entee with wasabi "air" foam. We appreciate the wonderful experience, outside table surrounded by blooming seasonal flowers and plants. For dessert had chocolate creme brulle, and strawberry sorbet. Everything was plated beautifully and tasted amazing. We can not wait to return to this outstanding picturesque restaurant on the canal in New Hope.

    Incredible food, service, and view of the river! We started with the bread service and brussel sprouts (both delicious!), entrees were homemade lobster ravioli and ribeye (also excellent), and finished with the gelato nougat dessert which was absolutely incredible! The hardest part was deciding what to try because everything looked delicious. Can't wait to go back!

    The Sun Inn is an amazing hidden jewel that includes rooms with historical artifacts of a time in our country where Bethlehem played an important role. A must see and a place that we all need to support for lunches and dinners on a regular basis with our local friends but definitely when he host out of towners!
