    My husband and I had a wonderful night celebrating our 35th anniversary the other night at Apertif. The food and service were excellent and the vibe comfortable and cool. This is a great spot in Rockville Centre and has become one of our go-to restaurants in our area for its combination of excellent food, service, and ambiance.

    Happened to go on Monday, which is Lobster Fest night and my dad ordered the stuffed option. Needless to say, it is now Lobster Fest Tuesday at his house ! The dish was cooked & served to perfection. He consumed as much as he could and he can't wait until tonights leftovers. Our server Alison, was very polite, knowledgeable & extremely helpful with the menu options. I ordered the Chicken Bruschetta. An excellent meal choice for a summer dinner that was filled with fresh and tasty toppings. No leftovers ! Highly recommended and will return to try the Rack of Lamb. Stay tuned !
