Such a great place. An interesting and creative menu, with pleasant service. One of our favorites restaurants in the area. Love that the menu changes slightly with the seasons. Have had nothing but wonderful meals.

We have had great dining in our New England trip, but Ella's has been the best dinner in our trip. We had a wonderful foie gras torchon along with a fried mushroom that was amazing for starters. Our entrees, a 14oz pork chop and a Moroccan spiced lamb rack were phenomenal. My wife and I have had our fair share of lamb racks and pork chops over the years, and we both thought these were the best we tasted. For dessert we had a carrot cake and the flourless chocolate cake. My wife is a big fan of carrot cake, and she also thought this was the best she had. The chocolate cake was amazing too. Overall, I would highly recommend Ella's.

We had an exceptional experience at Shipwright’s Daughter! The swordfish was a 10 out of 10! We had a wonderful waitress, who was very thorough with the menu and new what was a gluten-free, which was great! She personally took my menu and marked off the options that were not gluten friendly. This was an extra personalized touch, which we loved. Do not miss out on dessert. The oyster ice cream is a must. What a unique restaurant!

We celebrated our anniversary and had a wonderful experience! We were seated in a quiet location that allowed my wife and I to have a very romantic experience. Laura our server was exceptional and took great care of us. We we surprised an appreciated the truffle chocolates ind a cute gift box at the end of our meal. Food was great! Our compliments to the chef and staff. We will be back!

This restaurant has a warm and cozy, yet luxurious feeling. The aesthetics are beautiful! The vegan menu is absolutely delicious and we have tried everything on it… One dish is better than the next! The service is above and beyond and everyone is so attentive, helpful and pleasant. Have been here many times before and it is consistently excellent! I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone.
