Best Restaurants with Bar Seating in Point Pleasant Beach

Grand Tavern never disappoints. The food is phenomenal. Creative and always delicious. The cocktails are expertly crafted and not something you would or could easily throw together at home. If you are in doubt after reading the menu descriptions, just ask Erin (the bartender) for her opinion on food and/or drink. She is a master at her craft and is equally as skilled in knowing what the kitchen is whipping up. In edition to being talented, Erin is the perfect blend of friendly, wry and attentive without being intrusive. She makes Grand Tavern that much more special.

What an incredible night! After seeing all the posts on Instagram, I never thought it could live up to the hype. I have to say it was one of the best experiences I've ever had! From the time we left our car at the valet, to the end of the night, everything was perfect! We had the best waiter and he guided us through the menu. We decided to do the chef's tasting menu. Our appetizers were cooked perfectly, our steaks were unbelievably juicy and don't even get me started on the sides. The drinks and the presentations were so much fun. I've already made reservations to go back! What an amazing night!

Brian our server was terrific. Food was memorable and well prepared. Large groups can get "boisterous" but that's just how it is. Pricey but worth it.

Absolutely LOVED this spot. Service was warm and friendly. Food was outstanding and super flavorful. Signature bourbon slush hit the spot. Lemon pie dessert was next level creamy, tart/sweet balanced. Vibe was “out to have a casual, good time”. Everyone who visits AP should eat here.
