Best Restaurants for Handcrafted Cocktails in North Babylon

Everything was great. Food, service, cocktails and atmosphere. Highly recommend it and is definitely one of my favorites.

This is the first time I've been back to Blue Waters since their renovation, and WOW what a transformation. The service and food are just as good as prior to their reno, but the restaurant looks beautiful. The owners have gone from a fast-food-like space to one with a big heap of ambiance and character. My friend and I shared an order of Mussels and a crispy Burrata salad with pears, which were both wonderful. I had one of their specials of the night, a Squid ink pasta (unfortunately, cooked a bit too long) with Lobster in a light red sauce that was yummy. My friend had their special fish of the day served in a white wine, capers, parsley and lemon sauce, also a winner. Be aware, the portions are BIG! We ended the meal with a delish cheese cake with berry compote (on the house!) and went home with enough for lunch tomorrow "doggy bags!" Looking forward to returning soon.

First time there. Food and service were excellent. Will definitely be back.

Brunch was great. Waffles with fresh fruit and spicy syrup were great. The coffee was superb. Guests ordered the Fridas breakfast and enjoyed as well. Service was excellent. The only downside was the music was much too loud and good for dancing but not for a quiet brunch.

Great service and great bartender. Sat at the bar. Food and cocktails were delicious!
