I ordered Mine medium and it also was cooked perfect, had great flavor and was almost fork tender. My husband got a baked potato which he said was one of the best he’s ever had, very creamy and buttery. I added the Oscar topping to my steak. Very generous portion of lump crab and bearnaise. The asparagus was very tender and tasty. The Ceasar Salad was excellent and more than enough for the two of us. We have been going to the chart house every year for our anniversary for many years. Have never been disappointed except during Covid when menu was limited.
