Best Seasonal Restaurants in Copper

We go to Aurum every time we visit Breck and it never disappoints. Great food and great service, plus during off season they offer 50% off entrees. Highly recommend.

This has probably become our favorite restaurant in Frisco! The menu is creative and healthy with many vegetarian options. The food is very good. The atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable, with a great patio. On this visit, our server Brooke was friendly and attentive. Kim, the manager has done a great job of bringing everything up a notch since she took over. Thank you Kim! Please bring back the Albarino :)

Our party of two shared the chicken and waffles with sides of sausages and sweet potato fries, all of which were very wonderful and a lovely shared experience.

This is a very swanky, cool, cozy restaurant in the basement of the Carlin Inn. Our bartenders and servers, Monica and Cody, were exceptional! They were incredibly warm, kind and provided excellent service. The food was fantastic, they have a seasonal 50% off entrees discount from Monday through Thursday that we weren't aware of but Cody and Monica made sure we were taken care of and knew of the discount! Fantastic oysters and cocktails made to order! 10/10 dining experience.

We had yet another great experience at Edwin located in Hotel Alpenrock! It’s by far one of our favorite places in Breckenridge. The food is always on point and we always try a new dish each time we visit and it never disappoints. (Compliments to the Chef!). Avery was our server and she made our dinner so great. (As did the rest of the staff) The service at Edwin is so warm and welcoming, and made us feel at home. It’s the kind of place you look forward to coming back to.
