    Chris was our server for a pre-show girls night, and made excellent recommendations for drink pairings with our meal. He also made sure we had enough time to get to the show! We opted to do the beef Wellington, and it was superb. Flakey crust, perfectly tender filet, incredible glazed carrots-all making a perfect bite. My only critiques were that the mustard was uneven which made some bites extremely sour, the duxelles was overly salty, and the potatoes lacked salt. But am I planning to order this again? Absolutely.

    We have loved Kaya since the day it opened in 1995 and, while fried chicken is one of my favorite dishes, I haven’t had a chance to take advantage of their once a month fried chicken dinner for over a decade, so last night was definitely a treat!!
