Best Waterfront Restaurants in Mandarin Oriental

We were so pleasantly delighted to dine canal side with wonderful service (Sara), unique and delicious food, and such a setting. What a memorable experience.

The best local restaurant in all of Las Vegas! The food is absolutely delicious! But omg the service is next level! Literally the best service ever! They truly know what hospitality is all about! Every server I have had is excellent! The manager really knows how to run a great business!

Mid week visit so not too busy. Staff were friendly and let us pick where we wanted to sit. Of course we took a booth with a view of the fish tank. Started with the beet salad. Very tasty, good portion and plated well. Wife had the miso cod and we both loved it. We appreciated the veggies because it can be hard to get your greens quota on vacation. I ordered the 14oz prime and it was very good. Cooked perfectly to order (med rare/warm middle), crust was tasty and the creamy horse radish was perfect. We also got the souffléd potatoes which were tasty but I would have liked it with less toppings on it. My only complaint is that I had to ask for another steak knife because mine had dull serrations. The 2nd one was better but far from good. All in all, it was a tasty meal which was made as a last minute reservation.

Our waiter and chef were phenomenal!! We requested salads with a side of grilled salmon, which is not part of the menu. Our waiter coordinated with the executive chef, and they accommodated us... but here's the thing, it was the BEST salmon we have ever had, and we have had salmon all over the US. These gentlemen created a delicious meal for us on the spot! That's a sign of a real chef... All staff, including our waiter were extremely attentive. When a woman asked if our meal was to our liking, I told her I wanted to shake the chef's hand, and she made it happen. What a nice gentleman he was. This was my "pre-father's" day experience and it was actually way better than "Father's Day." The Westin was amazing, the pool was amazing, and the Marssa was the icing on top! Thank you!
