The high tea at the Chinese Friendship Garden is fantastic value. Enjoy a range of savoury and sweet treats with a glass of bubbly or a pot of tea in a beautiful tranquil setting.

Amazing place to have lunch or dinner. The restaurant is elegant clean and well decorated without going overboard. The menu was simple and the food was really tasty and cooked to perfection. The noise level was low and we were able to have a conversation without being loud. The service was excellent from the moment we walked in. I highly recommend this restaurant for any occasion. We will definitely be back.

My partner and I tried Cafe Del Mar Sydney for the first time, and while we were hoping for a sunset view over the water, it was pouring rain… however, the dinner didn’t disappoint. We started with glasses of Cab Sauv and the à la carte menu of tapas. The salmon tartare was the highlight of our dinner! Great flavors and super fresh fish. We followed that with the chorizo, potatoes, and wagyu beef skewers. Unfortunately our wagyu beef was overcooked, but the bites with the pesto and onion and pepper were nice. Overall ambiance was good; the service excellent, and it was a good dinner. We’ll be back for better weather and that sunset dinner!
