    Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a bit of an unusual experience last night, and I absolutely have to publicly thank this restaurant and our incredible server for how they handled it. My friends were running quite late, and the staff could not have been more gracious and accommodating while I waited. When my party finally arrived, there was a major mix-up—they had accidentally already eaten at another spot. I felt terrible for our server, as I know taking up a table just for drinks impacts their night. Enter Michael. Instead of being frustrated, Michael was genuinely kind, understanding, and incredibly sweet about the entire situation. He took amazing care of us for drinks and made sure we felt completely welcome anyway. True hospitality is how a restaurant treats you when things don't go according to plan, and Michael blew us away. I tipped him heavily to make up for the food sales, but I really want the management to know what an asset he is to your team. I truly, truly appreciate him! We will absolutely be back to actually eat next time.
