Eight years ago, Maximo Bistrot started as a restaurant for the thinking and execution of dishes from a wide range of techniques with the best of local ingredients; a warmful place that communicated our love for food. After a long and heartwarming road at our current location, we thought for the need of moving. Our new home, located at Alvaro Obregon 65 bis - a much wider space where gleams of natural light shine upon the surface-, is carefully assembled by Gabriela's meticulous look, and a kitchen built within Eduardo García's early memories, while living as an inmigrant in a barn in Ohio.     One of our favorite meals in Mexico City was at Campobaja. Every dish was incredibly fresh, flavorful, and beautifully done, from the oysters and ceviches to the tuna tostada. You can really taste the quality and care in every bite. The service was warm, attentive, and welcoming from start to finish. If you’re visiting Mexico City, Campobaja is absolutely worth a stop. We’re already dreaming about going back.

    One of the best restaurants and experiences we been to. The drinks alone were excellent but once the food came, it elevated to another level! Service was exceptional and ambiance of the entire place from being greeted downstairs to upstairs on the rooftop! Will be seeing us again there soon!

    Amazing experience! Served Ivan and manager Emmanuel were amazing and provided amazing service! Food was so good as well and the drinks were really good too! Beautiful restaurant! Definitely would come back and recommend!
