    I was here on a Friday night with 6 others at a round table. There were a few new people in our group who sat across from me. I did not get to talk with them at all because the restaurant was busy & the music was way too loud for anyone not sitting right next to you to talk. Plus it was not ambiance music, it was dance music. We were heading to the clubs after dinner. We also had a very stressed out waiter, who I'm guessing also was annoyed by the music. But he was not very friendly and had more than he could handle. They obviously do not have a team work environment. Only 1 other waiter stopped to "help out" when we flagged him down. He was very nice and mentioned the stress our waiter was under. My pad Thai was good, however. So I would pick up food from there, but have no interest in dining in with others when I want to have a conversation & not just eat and look at each other. I haven't learned sign language yet!

    Overall, a pleasant experience. Nicole, our server, was very nice, checked on us few times to make sure everything was good. We enjoyed the food which was fresh and made to order. It was my friend’s first time at North Italia and she loved it. We’ll definitely be back.

    This place is darling. The staff are all wonderful, and the food is delightful. If you need a suggestion, the fried chicken is probably some of the best I’ve ever eaten.
