Our menu will change regularly to reflect what's best in each season.We have a simple menu for a reason. Instead of purchasing dried pasta, we start with flour and eggs to make our pasta from scratch. Instead of purchasing frozen gnocchi, we peel the potatoes to make our own, fresh, light-and-fluffy, gnocchi. Our chefs create beautiful dishes with flavor that can only come from a recent harvest. When we are unable to secure a local ingredient, we will communicate that to our customers.With the umbrella heading of a farm-to-table restaurant, our chefs are free to create dishes that cross into different ethnic cuisines. However, the majority of our meals are influenced by Italian and American tastes.

    Been coming here for years. Italian delicacies continue to be outstanding. Love Mama’s Lasagne. The fried calamari a is to die for and the cannelloni as well as the other Italian entrees.

    This place was great. I took my girlfriend here for her birthday and she loved it. The piano bar lounge singer was amazing and our server Salvatore was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with the menu. His recommendations were top notch and he didn’t miss on a single one. Cannot stress enough how perfect this place is for any occasion or even a splurge date night!

    Spectacular! The food was beyond amazing. Creatively put-together in ways that I had not previously experienced in my lifetime. Our server, Ovidiu, was brilliant. He made the night the experience that we sought. We hope that our return to this establishment is met with his smile. RAZA’s at Hamilton will be our first choice moving forward.

    The food was wonderfully prepared. It looked amazing, tasted even better. The combination of spices, vegetables and cooking style’s brought out all the different flavors and textures with each bite. It was a wonderful experience. It’s pricey but worth it. We wii return.
