Chef Greg Vasso’s 7-course tasting menu was nothing short of extraordinary. From the first bite to the last, every course showcased incredible creativity, flawless execution, and a level of attention to detail that rivaled some of the finest dining experiences I’ve had anywhere. The Meringue Roasted Beets, a stunning balance of earthy, sweet, and savory flavors. 10/10 The Hudson Valley Foie Gras Torchon was decadent perfection. it delivered an unforgettable combination of richness, texture, and elegance. The Blue Fin Tuna Crudo was a standout. Every component worked in perfect harmony. The Maine Lobster Squash Blossom may have been one of the top 3 luxurious bites of the evening. it was simply exquisite. The Hokkaido Scallops were cooked flawlessly. The dish beautifully balanced sweetness, richness, and savory depth. My favorite The Duck Breast was a masterclass in technique. Perfectly prepared it delivered comforting flavors while remaining refined and sophisticated. To finish, the Flourless Chocolate Gateau was the ideal ending to an incredible culinary journey. What makes Chef Greg Vasso's tasting menu exceptional isn't just the quality of the ingredients—it's the thoughtful progression of each course and the way every dish tells its own story while contributing to the overall experience. The food and service were excellent. Table enjoy the charcuterie board, lobster bisque (soup special), bone marrow, and Caesar salad appetizers. We all enjoyed the flat iron steak (cooked to requested doneness and seasoned to perfection) and truffle potatoes. While the desserts looked great, we passed on them only because we were full.

The food was actually really good and the beer too! Not very noisy and they had entertainment later in the night. Staff was amazing and friendly as was the GM. Looking forward to going back!!
