Good food at a fairly reasonable price. Our server Luis was very good. My only issue was having to wait to be seated at 4:15 in the afternoon when I had reservations.

Horrible experience- with a reservation we had to wait over 30 min. It was a crazy crowded mess. Not enough servers, too many? Reservations? The EXCUSE we were given as we waited & waited for a table. It was the first time our friends were at this restaurant & will be the last!

The salmon and Mahi Mahi was good although I would have left the honey Chipotle sauce off the salmon as it upset my stomach. Shrimp cocktail was really good and fresh.

We visited on March 18, 2023. We made reservations and were seated quickly. The waitstaff was very friendly. The food on the other hand was mostly awful. There was bread before dinner that was great and the salad was good. We had burgers and fries. Both burgers were so red inside we couldn’t eat them and our appetite was shot. The fries were a mushy mess so we asked for replacements. We did eat a fresh batch that came out. We’re not offered any discount. We are willing to spend good money on good food. This missed the mark completely.

Clearly there are not enough servers. We weren’t provided water. Plates or silverware but yet we’re asked for our order. We ordered and food was just ok. Server seemed rushed to get us out yet lots of open tables. It wasn’t a great experience. Wish I would have just cooked dinner at home.

I ordered the Mahi Piccata. It was too salty and a bit dry. My husband ordered the ribs, those too were dry. Not very impressed with the food this time around. The service was excellent though.

We love Firerock – true story is we were driving by one day a few years ago, walked in and found out they had just opened that very day! - So to say we’ve been there from the beginning is an understatement. The food is great! What drives us nuts is every time we walk in the hostess tells us it will be a 30 minute++ wait, when the place is empty. We go online to OpenTable, make a reservation whilst standing there in that very moment, and are sat down bypassing everyone else waiting there! It just makes zero sense to us to lie about the wait.

Ate there 2 nights in the week food was good both times . Two of us the first night , 6 the second time . Beef tip and Biscuit n meatloaf first time around with salads . Both items were great along with the salads . Second time around took the boys and all meals were good the stand out out of the entires was the chicken Alfredo followed by the bison lasagna. Had two appetizers and the best one was the shrimp . Good food good drinks would definitely eat there again when visiting north Las Vegas.

Poor service. Didn't not get a drink or appetizer order taken for 15 minutes after seated. Appetizers came quick but our dinner itself took over an hour and 15 minutes. Server did not check on us but maybe once. I had to get up find a manager to find out where our food was. Food finally arrived and my pasta was obviously sitting under a heat lamp for quite some time as was my fellow diners pasta. My husbands prime rib that was supposed to be Medium was pretty raw and our other diner did not get dressing for her crab louie. Manager took my plate and came back a few minutes later stating he took another customers order that was ready and brought it to me. By this time it was too late to eat well after 8 PM. My other diner never got her dressing. We all just asked for to go boxes. Manager offered 20% off. Not really a great experience. Oh and no drink refills either. Fun times. Not going back

We went on a Wednesday night for our anniversary and it was a good thing that I made a reservation because it was busy. Our server, Shelly, was great. She brought our drinks, bread and appetizer out in a timely manner. She was very pleasant and checked on us periodically. The only complaint I have was that it took a little longer to get our meals but other than that it was a nice night. Food was delicious. Will definitely go back again.

This was our first time here to celebrate our Anniversary. We got sat quickly with our reservation. Service was great from Jordan. Very friendly and efficient. Quick and offered great suggestions. The prime rib was exquisite and melted in our mouths. The seafood pasta had huge scallops and prawns in it. Absolutely buttery and delicious. One of the best Caesar salads ice ever had and warm fresh bread that was perfect. We also had the calamari fritti that had a great flavor and spice to it. We definitely could finish the portions. We will definitely be back.

You should refund my money on the prime rib and make this right. I even made a reservation with specific details about my daughters birthday on March 9th at 7pm... And it's like none of my requests were attended to. You really need to retrain the server Cesar because he sucks!! And management really needs to check in on their guests, especially those that are there celebrating special events. Prime rib was way undercut. Suppose to me 16oz, was lucky if it was 6pz.

Shelly was our outstanding server!! Food was excellent and very hot. Been there over 20 times and this was by far the most outstanding. Just a little bit noisy around the Happy hour bar but other than that no complaints.

The best French Onion Soup I’ve had in last 20 years of living here! Not even French Restaurants could compare! Our server Shelby was superb! She was genuine, knowledgeable, and on time! Our first time dining here and I have to say from front desk hostess to waitress to food delivered it was an awesome meal! Surprised, happy and will return.

We met friends for breakfast. The server was friendly yet professional. The food was cooked perfectly with good presentation. It was quiet enough to have conversation which we feel is important. Definitely recommend FireRock for breakfast.

The prime rib I had was very low quality for the price paid. It was very rubbery and chewy. Server Caesar was great. Will probably not be going back. This used to be a great steak house, but food quality has been steadily declining the past few times we’ve gone.

We went to celebrate my mom’s birthday in heaven because this was her favorite going out place. The server was absent the majority of the time. My fish was so salty, I ate because I couldn’t make a fuss. My boyfriend bone in ribeye was grizzly he spit out half. And that man eats everything. I wanted cheesecake for dessert but she brought the check without offering. I gave them my rewards number at the beginning of dinner but it wasn’t used. I love FireRock unfortunately, last night they were off and on such an occasion it was heartbreaking.
