Absolutely fantastic experience. Food was unreal. Steak is the best we’ve had especially in MA and we’ve been to a lot of the top rated steak houses. Breakdown of what we got and our opinion: - Tuna Tartar appetizer was unreal - Burrata salad was good we have had better though - Creamed Spinach was amazing - Au Gratin potatoes were cooked to perfection too 3 that we have had - Mushroom and Onion were okay, not the best we’ve had - Both got Ribeye, and I wish once this came out that I didn’t get anything before it, it stole the show. We got sauces on the side, I wouldn’t waste your time on the sauces, the steal was so good, cooked to perfection and cut so easily. I honestly savored every single bite. Service was great, our waitress was very friendly and very attentive. If I had to chose something as a downside, maybe just that it was warm in the dining area, they had the fireplace on which typically in October wouldn’t have been a negative but it was a warmer day. Overall, I can’t wait to go back. We’ve lived in North Reading for 2 years and I can’t believe we waited so long to try this place.

An amazing meal with outstanding service. This is my wife and my first visit. We anticipated a fine meal, and the evening exceeded our expectations. Sebastian introduced himself as our server and explained the menu while offering recommendations. His recommendations were perfect. He said he wanted to take our order from appetizers through the meal completely, so they can have everything timed for an enjoyable meal. That process was spot on perfect. My wife started with the delicious lobster bisque while I ordered the evening special 1/2 dozen oysters from Rhode Island. We followed that with lamb lollipops and the chopped salad, respectively. Of special note, the lamb lollipops were absolutely fantastic. We both ordered the Bone In New York Strip Steak with Marrow Butter - amazing. For our sides, we had the Street Corn, and the Brussels Sprouts with Bacon. Amazingly, we did have room for dessert. My wife had the night's featured Pistachio Lemon Bar, and I had the Buttercake. To accompany dessert, we had an Espresso and an Americano, respectively. It was an awesome evening. Sebastain was warm, friendly, informative, and profession. He was the best server we have ever had, and we frequent many fine dining establishments. We definitely plan to return with other members of our family, and we will request a table for Sebastian to be our server. There are many outstanding steakhouses in the Boston area. We are putting Post 1917 at the top of our favorites list.

Very gracious hostess, accommodated us although we were late arriving for our reservation. The food and beverage service were terrific. We would go back again.

My husband had a last minute craving for Italian food and he generally does not eat Italian food so I was thrilled to have the chance to come to Venetian Moon for the first time FINALLY. We weren’t sure how busy it would be on a Tuesday so we booked a reservation for a high top table and were seated on the lower level. My perspective is the entry level is more casual and the lower level is more vibey / date night esque. I was happy with the ambience, though it was totally empty (again understandably- it was a Tuesday). Our server was attentive and we even received new cutlery between courses which was appreciated! The martini menu is overwhelming so I recommend taking a peek before arriving (we had). I ordered the caliente coconut and it was refreshing, little bit of zing, and some sweetness- even better than I was expecting and I would 100% order again. My husband ordered the pear margarita off the fall specials menu and it had such great flavor and went down quickly. For appetizers we got the bruschetta and it was disappointing. Kind of like panini bread pesto tomatoes and mozzarella that was broiled. I would not order again. We got the arancini which has a different filling each day (unique!) and it was sausage peppers and onions. It came with 2 large arancini and was truly so well prepared, cheesy, and lightly breaded. Highly recommend! For entrees I was torn between the eggplant parm, fettuccine Alfredo, and mushroom ravioli but wasn’t super hungry so I asked about portion size. From that, I decided on the mushroom ravioli and WOW am I glad I did. It was tender yet plump, flavorful, little sweet little salty. I don’t love a lot of cream in anything so I would probably ask for less sauce or sauce on the side in the future but no complaints about the preparation. My husband got the stuffed veal chop and it was absolutely beautiful and so tender. I was a little surprised it didn’t come with a vegetable but it was more than enough food. Overall great experience!

It was our first time there but definitely won’t be our last. Service and food were excellent. We like eating outdoors and they have an outdoor patio. See you soon.
