The name “Zhuo Yue Xuan” translates into “Excellent Chinese Cuisine” referring to the dining concept is brimming with global appeal but remains uniquely Chinese in taste and feel. We are pleased to introduce our new standard of Cantonese Cuisine and to be one of the exceptional Chinese restaurants in Shenzhen.

The restaurant will have the warmth of traditional Cantonese cooking though being innovative in the market in both taste and individual presentation. For lunch and dinner we will specialize in “sophisticated and delicious Cantonese dishes”, highlighting freshness and consistency in quality. Our menus will offer not just luxury ingredients but also less elaborate and classic Cantonese preparation. We explore local delicacies like dim sum, seasonal doubled boiled soup, live catching seafood and mouthwatering barbecue meats, look out too for the rustic regional dishes on the special.

The Comments to my last visit to Four Season Hotel - 卓粵軒 on 4th August 2024: 1) The booking was confirmed by Opentable but the reception said that no booking was found when arrived. 2) The food quality were fine except a dish (玟瑰骨) which the meat quality was poor (thin meat and not fresh). 3) The food potion was insufficient to cater for 7 heads but not being told by waitress. The overall was not satisfied comparing to my visit on 29th July 2024.

Service need improving for sure, simple order of Soda water, ordered twice and still couldn't get it right and never delivered. It's a shame
