We had dinner at the Speckled Hen both Friday and Saturday night. We also enjoyed breakfast both days. We loved every bite! The chef personally visited every table to make sure everyone was happy. We will be back and would recommend this restaurant to our friends. More

Very cozy but still elegant atmosphere. Lovely wood fire burning in the fireplace to add to the ambiance. Excellent mixed drink from the bar and good wine selection for dinner. Overall perfect dinner experience. More

Always a delightful experience at Jessica’s. The braised lamb shank melted in the mouth. The Argentinian Malbec was not very good. Disappointed that they took the Meiomi Pinot noir off the list. More

Contemporary American | Stowe, Vermont

We were there for our 10th anniversary. And we just loved the whole experience. The setting, the room just warm and cozy and nice and quiet. A lot had to do with it being a slow time post foliage pre holiday season. The food was just terrific. Shared the cheese plate which had wonderful local VT cheeses. I had the Pork shank that was out of this world and my wife had the Halibut that she just loved. Oh and a nice gentlemen came over and gave us great advice on wine instead of our initial choice that was excellent and perfectly mated to our meals. More

Always a treat, I love the mussels in the Thai coconut curry. This a well run restaurant, the owner Skip is always there and sets the culture as a very professional operation. We will return. More
