Fantastic evening that exceeded expectations. The food and service were both outstanding and we will definitely go back. The Yukon Taquitos started us off with a great balance of flavor, spice and texture. A very unique dish we would highly recommend. For our main courses there was Halibut, New York Pork, Flank Steak and soup. All of the meals were immaculately prepared and dinner got very quiet as we enjoyed them! It’s hard to make halibut without overcoming but the kitchen was up to the task. The pork was tender and the pepper sauce was a great compliment to the meat. The flank steak was a perfect Medium Rare and seasoned beautifully. Candidly I don’t recall the soup but my friend said it was delicious. Lastly, but a highlight none the less, were the desserts! We split the Coconut Cake and Creme Brûlée and wow! Save room, it’s worth it! The service (Annie I believe) was superb. Polite and timely but never intrusive during our conversations. The pace of the meal was deliberate and the courses were timed nicely. Overall we would highly recommend Wild Sage and look forward to dining there again! More

Excellent!!! Fantastic service! Knowledgeable! Impeccable timing. Great proportions. Not very noisy so I felt like I could have an actual conversation with my lady. I’ve been to other fine dining restaurants with patrons having conversations and it was hard to hear my date during a conversation. Something about the acoustics at IPK really lends to having a conversation without having to strain or nearly yell. More

Discover Spokane

The home of Bing Crosby, Spokane, Washington, is a diverse community where seafood restaurants and trendy American pubs compete for local attention and diners. Freshly caught mussels from Puget Sound sauteed with shallots and white wine served with French fries in a gremolata seasoning is a favorite on the sunny side of Washington. American fusion dishes like crab mac and cheese, truffle penne, and pork osso bucco are catching on with guests and locals too. As the creator of Father's Day, Spokane has many European restaurants serving traditional meals such as coq au vin with new potatoes in herb butter, arugula, carrots, and a parsnip mostarda. They also serve a diverse selection of rose, white, and red wines, including Pinot Noir, Bourgogne, and Zonin Prosecco NV.
