My family loves this place and we have been many times usually never have a problem. Yesterday for Mother’s Day was by far the worst experience ever! From the host to the waitress to the manager! No sorry for everything happening basically blaming it on understaffed which we get but I have seen this placed SLAMMED and run better than yesterday! I hyped the place up and the 3 guest that were new were so disappointed. I really love coming here but for sure second guessing now.

The waitress had no knowledge of the menu. She didn’t know the difference between sashimi and nigiri. She didn’t know the difference between Cabernet and Chardonnay. The floor under the table had food and trash and ants all over it. The food was not fresh; it wasn’t good. I will never go back.

Food was great! Didn't realize we would be waiting an hour for the actually hibachi chef to join us, but we were well taken care of in terms of drinks and appetizers. Chef was friendly and funny! Really enjoyed our experience!

We were seated without menus. Waited about 20 minutes for menus. And another 20 minutes to have order taken. We waited over an hour to get any food at all. When we were seated at the table it was not cleaned. Thankfully we had a wipe and wiped it on our own. Will not go here again.

We showed up at our reservation time and were seated relatively quickly at an unclean table. The host disappeared for about 20 min and the line at the door quickly bloomed into a mob. Our waitress was short with us and not attentive, there may have been 3 wait-staff in the building. It was just way understaffed and those who where there were not happy to be there.

Our waiter took our drink order and food order at the same time. He brought our drinks and we didn’t see him again until he brought our check. No refills on beverages, no desert. The hibachi chef knocked over all the empty rice bowls, knocked over the sauce cups, couldn’t catch his hibachi sticks (?) multiple times when he tossed them in the air and then squirted soy sauce across the table and onto my lap! I have no idea what the problem was. The scallops weren’t seared, the steak was full of fat and the shrimp appetizer was 1 shrimp cut into 3 pieces. We were celebrating my son’s graduation from college. Genji was a big disappointment, but we still had fun!

The food is good and they have the potential to be a great restaurant, but the service the other night was incredibly slow, it took an hour and a half before someone even refilled our water or started cooking, we planned an early dinner because everyone had an early morning the next morning and ended up being there from 630 until 10 PM because of how long everything was taking. really

Celebrated Mother's Day with my 5 children and had hibachi and sushi. Chef was entertaining, service was fabulous, food was excellent. Try the hibachi popcorn! Definitely recommend and will return.

Food was fantastic, however they clearly are having a staffing issue. I think they should limit the amount of tables they can have if they do not have the staff. our poor waitress was by herself and in charge of all the tables. we waited a very long time past our reservation and it took a while even after we were seated to start ordering ect. Everyone was trying very hard and was very nice but it was clear they were working with minimal staff. the food was fantastic as usual.

It was ok. We had never been. Made reservations, but had to wait 15 minutes, when they weren't busy. Asked if we were having a celebration, and said yes, and what it was. No acknowledgement. Ok, not a huge deal, but why bother asking then? The food was good, but not spectacular for the money. My underage daughter was accidentally given an alcoholic drink when she ordered a virgin one. This should have been a huge deal with the server, the bartender and management, but nothing was said other than a sorry. I ordered steamed rice, but the server had to be reminded 20 minutes after everyone else got their fried rice. Overall, was looking for a better experience than Benihana, but it was dissappointing.

I wouldn’t recommend. The hibachi chefs are awesome but the waiters are over worked and some even have a bad attitude but I see the reason, the manager is awful. He treats the employees terrible and has an attitude with customers. He needs to be coached and trained properly.

Very unsanitary. The server at the bar took off her mask and sneezed into her hands. She did not wash her hands after she just continued to make drinks. She was also serving other tables after sneezing into her hands. Our server also wore his mask under his nose the whole time. The hostess and manager were both rude. Definitely don’t recommend especially during covid. I can’t believe the bartender took off her mask and sneezed in her hands and proceeded to touch people’s food and make drinks without washing or sanitizing.

Table for 5 at the Hibachi table. Service was slow. Waitress not too pleasant. Table and floor were filthy. No music. Food was below mediocre. Two Hearted was old and skunky, bottling date 1/20. Would not come back. This place makes Benihanna look like a Michelin restaurant.

We enjoyed an entertaining hibachi dinner. Drinks were good, food was delicious and our chef was fun to watch. The only downfall is that they did not have any desserts at this time. We were spaced appropriately from other guests and felt the establishment was clean and following proper covid protocols.

It was nice and quiet. I miss the good old days when it was busy and you can just go to the buffet table. Our server was very nice. But the spring rolls are a little cold. I would definitely go back.
