Quality of Meat was really good.
My dress didn’t smell smoke after we went to Gyukaku. Usually, my dress smells after going to Korean BBQ or any bbq place.

I’ve been here a few times and usually it’s great service, but when we went this most recent time the service was horrible. I think because there was a very loud, obnoxious table right by us and the servers were focused on them. But it ruined our meal. Our waiter split our order up into 2 parts so we didn’t get half of our food until we were done eating already done with our first half, and we didn’t get some of the things we ordered because it would have taken too long to cook because it was in the second grouping, so we just asked to take it off our bill. it also took really long just to get us drinks. service was just very slow and unprofessional. won’t be back for a while but i will be back at some point and i hope the service is better.

I’ve been to this location many times and every time I still got the same standard of the service ( they are great service). The restaurant is easy to notice, but a little bit hard to find parking if you come on the evening. Overall I gave 9.5/10 for this location.

Awesome place to grab dinner with friends. Having to cook your own food helps pace everyone, and gives everyone a chance to actually catch up, or criticize each other’s cooking styles. Lol

We were a party of 7 and did the $32 AYCE. The quality of meat was really good. Everything tasted great. We are regulars at this Gyu-Kaku. Jessica was a great server. Thank you!

Everything was great just the common sense of sitting sucked we were 6 people and they wanted us to sit in a table where literally we would be sitting on each other’s lap! I asked to get a bigger table the receptionist who was a guy kept rejecting me finally a different gentleman helped us and we got a different table we had a reservation for 8 but because we requested a bigger table we sat at 9:15 and I originally warned them we were going to order a lot of food so we needed a big table check cost us $330 with tip $380 food was amazing but they can have better service especially cause we had told them we drove a long time we were going to order allot

The tables are too close to each other , you can hear everything from other tables , especially the ones that are separated with something in the middle. I would like to see more restaurant style not just a place to eat .

I love the variety of meats and foods. Best time to go is when they have happy hour. Monday is all day happy hour! I always make a reservation on Mondays because it gets really busy and the wait can be an hour long.

I was extremely satisfied especially because they honored my reservation and my special request, making my wife’s birthday extra special. I would always recommend this restaurant! Not only do they have the best service and such a peaceful and relaxing ambiance, but the food is more than excellent and incredibly delicious!

This is a fun restaurant with quality, tasty food. The only issue I have, and the reason for 3 stars for ambiance, is the club music playing. It's too loud and thumping. It's fine for dancing, but not to have playing over dinner. After all, one dines with a group of people one wishes to have a conversation with.

Reservations are highly recommended at Gyu-Kaku as this place is very popular. Our waiter Avonte was amazing and frequently checked on our table making sure we were fully accommodated. The menu was recently updated and far more robust than it once was and the food was soo delicious. Will definitely be back again!

We really enjoyed our lunch here with the kiddos! Great service, happy hour/brunch prices were very reasonable. The whole bbq’ing at the table seemed to be a tad more “children” friendly and encouraging than other bbq places we goto. Will absolutely be back.

We have gone to this specific resturant a couple times. This past one was terrible, took 35 minutes to bring out “uncooked meat”, food did not look fresh, we didn’t enjoy our food, the waiters kept changing and wouldn’t come around. I will not go back again.

Went for dineLA week. The value was good. The food was quite tasty. It was plenty of food to satisfy the two of us. We especially enjoyed the mushrooms. I look forward to visiting again in the future when it is not dineLA week. It seems that you can find good values at any time. One highly recommended for anybody who likes this sort of food meaning cooking it yourself. Which I think is fun.

I've gone to many Gyu-Kaku locations and i have to say, the Burbank one is by far the worst. We saw our waiter once throughout our whole two hour meal. The hostesses were delivering food and had no idea what they were bringing us. When we asked, they just looked at us and walked away. Extremely rude. We had a party of 5 and they put us at a booth that sat 4. And gave our 5th person a broken and uncomfortable, random chair at the end of our table. You could tell that chair was not supposed to be there, because there was barely any room for anyone to walk by. Will not be coming back to the Burbank location again.

We arrived about 10-15 minutes before our reservation time, and since it wasn’t too busy when we showed up we were seated quickly. The waitresses were all very attentive and polite. Food was brought out faster than we had expected, which of course was great. Overall, we had a very good time at Gyu-Kaku.

We made a reservation at a certain time and were seated about a half an hour after our reservation. It was kind of like what’s the point of making a reservation? I expected maybe 10 minute wait but 30 minutes was not good.
