Great never lets me down. Clients always impressed
The staff, we had 3-4 different staff so we had to inform everyone the same this, didn't feel professionally, and their English was very poor. Food was delicious!
Service is so important in a restaurant with this class. Unfortunately, your service did not reach the level you should have
Excellent food and service, as usual, music was a little loud but, once again, lovely experience.
food great but service not. To be told when you arrive that kitchen is closing and you'd better hurry and then being abandoned at the end of the meal is not good. If you accept 10.30 pm booking you should afford normal service
always a hit for a family birthday - Make sure you check out Dim Sum Sundays - amazing food, well priced and a couple of cocktails thrown in
Favourite restaurant ever. Love the design, lighting, music, efficient and friendly service, delicious food and cocktails. Love.
Very busy,The food was good. Cocktail list had a nice selection to choose from. Great for a birthday treat. One thing let it down dead Gerber on our table and candel not lit. Just shows a lack of attention to detail.
Been there a few times! Always very good! Quite loud!
Fantastic atmosphere, Great food! Best langoustine dim sum I've tasted....
Excellent food and service. Weekend Brunch excellent value for money.
Will definitely be returning
Beautiful venue and great drinks! Food wasn't as a high a standard as I was expecting including the silver cod which left quite an odd taste.
Overall a fun night!
Amazing food and drinks and very High service level. Music a bit too loud for a romantic dinner - but might be perfect for going out with a group of friends. All in all a great experience.
Very good food, great options.
Bit too loud music and no phone service
Great experience for my partners birthday.
Very disappointing. Starters were excellent but after that the food was distinctly average - no better than a local Chinese restaurant. We were also a table of 2 seated with just a 12 inch gap to a very loud table for 6 - we were u able to maintain a conversation. Service was polite and food came quickly. If had paid £150 for the two of us I would still have been disappointed (due to the noise and the disappointing beef in red wine and duck and truffle courses). At £400 for 2 of us it was even worse.
Meet up with an Old friend and went for a early dinner after the Theatre, wasn't disappointed
The food was outstanding as usual and they gave us a lovely table which was very much appreciated. However the service was quit poor. The wine waiter didn’t bother serving all our wine as she clocked off and disappeared. We ordered more rice which never arrived but appeared on the bill. I’m sure this was a blip and we will definitely be returning.
Always amazing experience. One of the best restaurants I have ever been and keep coming back to. My colleagues absolutely loved the food too!
